Been looking for a nice Hyderabadi biryani in Denver! Tried a few other spots in Denver but always seemed like something was missing! But Cafe India hit the sweet spot head on. Biryanis are authentic, spicy and flavorful. The appetizers are to kill for. My personal favorites and must try dishes were Paneer Tikka Biryani, Gobi 65, Chilly Paneer and Mango Lassi. Whether you're looking for a nice Samosa Chaat after a long day's work or craving hot curries with Tandoori Naan in the cold or just a big group of friends or family planning a dinner, this is the place. The staff, food and ambiance makes one want to come back!!

Came her for thanksgiving breakfast and was super satisfied! I enjoyed all the flavors and I will definitely be coming back. We ate the buffet and there were tons of options both vegetarian and meat. So delicious my group and I couldn't stop talking about how good everything was!

We were Visiting Denver on the long weekend and found this place for lunch. This is one of the best places we visited for fine dine in in denver. We had the buffet with huge menu and was great in taste. Service was super good too. They also got some best pastries and cookies to try.

Don’t miss Thursday’s Live Chaat nite !! Hands down the best chaat in Denver , they have Delhi , Mumbai and Indore chaat options and the spice level , tanginess , flavors are mind blowing . Spice levels were adjusted to cater to kids which made the experience even better !!!

Cafe India in Denver offers a decent dining experience with authentic Indian flavors. The food is generally good, though some dishes can be hit or miss depending on personal taste. The service is polite, but not particularly memorable, and the ambiance is simple and straightforward. It’s a solid option if you’re looking for Indian cuisine, but nothing stands out as exceptional. Overall, it’s an average restaurant worth trying if you’re in the area.

Fried goat biryani was delicious and the portion was MORE than adequate. Two people can share this easily. Chai tea was superb and the naan bread was excellent.

Authentic North Indian Flavors – A Rare Find in Denver! This was my second visit to Café India within just two weeks — and for good reason! Honestly, the first time I came here, my expectations were modest (maybe 3/5), assuming they wouldn’t serve truly authentic Punjabi/North Indian food. Still, I took a chance and ordered the Kadhai Paneer. To my surprise, it was spot on! Unlike many restaurants in Denver that serve the same generic gravy under different names (Paneer Tikka, Kadhai Paneer, Paneer Butter Masala – all tasting the same), Café India actually gets it right. The Kadhai Paneer had perfectly barbecued veggies, tender paneer, and that smoky, rich flavor you’d expect in India. (Check out the photo I shared — this is what Kadhai Paneer should look like!) Not sure if the chef is from Punjab or Haryana, but the flavors sure made it feel like home. I was so impressed I came back again just to order the same curry — and it was just as flavorful the second time. Pro tip: They had run out of plain rice, so the owner generously offered complimentary spiced rice (typically used for biryani). Even if you have to pay a couple of bucks for it, I highly recommend trying it. Absolutely worth it! Next on my list — their biryani and more of the menu. Looking forward to my next visit!
